I was asked to make animated maps to better show the large distances and spectacular mountains featured in the film.
Seamlessly blending paper textures and vibrant ink hues with 3D satellite data, resulted in maps where the mountains seem to emerge from the pages of an ancient map.
I was really pleased to be asked to design and animate this title sequence for the Sky Arts show Greatest Albums Live. Director Bob Smeaton had the idea of using a ticket device, which became a different ticket for each episode.
You can see some examples of further explorations further down the page which were really fun to put together - I made over a dozen replica tickets based on real life examples.
Collaborating with the talented branding designers at R/GA on a business loyalty scheme for IKEA was an enriching experience.
Our team delved deep into various elements of design, including copy, photography, iconography, and motion. My role focused on developing the motion toolkit, ensuring a cohesive visual language that aligned with IKEA’s brand identity.
Additionally, I produced a wrap-up film to showcase the comprehensive work completed throughout the project, highlighting the synergy of creativity and strategy that defined our approach. The outcome is a robust loyalty program that resonates with customers and reinforces IKEA’s commitment to innovation.
I joined the team at Bigger Bang and contributed explainer graphics and “evidence boards” for their program Prime Suspect: Earth. Working alongside Magnus Lenneskog to put out 13 episodes with a fast turnaround time.
I really enjoyed getting to recreate a possible explanation of the disappearance of Amelia Earhart. I made a photorealistic recreation of her aircrafts last few minutes over the ocean using Cinema 4D and Redshift.
I designed main titles, straps and thirty countdown boards for the documentary Eurovision: 30 Unforgettable Moments. I also supplied editable titles so the editor could make changes as they went.
